At Mehiläinen, HR analytics was reformed, with the aim of modern knowledge-based management with HR data, analytics and solutions' integration possibilities with other systems. The project was interesting, because Mehiläinen is one of Finland's largest private healthcare companies with over 21,800 employees and practitioners. Ready Solutions Oy's consultants have long experience in building HR analytics solutions, and thus the cooperation between Ready Solutions Oy and Mehiläinen started naturally.
